Ken Hancock has almost twenty five years experience in the real estate field. In addition to his years as a realtor, Ken also has experience working in the appraisal area of real estate and is a certified negotiation expert. Ken continues to expand his vast knowledge of homes and real estate as a licensed general contractor with his own construction business.
With this varied skill set, Ken has a unique perspective on the housing market and uses this knowledge to assist clients with their real estate needs. Ken also has a long list of trusted contractors that can help with all your home improvement needs. Ken can help educate clients about the pros and cons of various neighborhoods, showcasing each home′s renovation possibilities, working closely with clients to help them find their desired properties, marketing properties to targeted audiences, staging properties, and helping clients through transition and relocation. Ken Hancock grew up and resided in Fair Lawn, New Jersey for forty-five years before moving to Oakland where he currently lives with his wife, two daughters and his rescue dog, Maisie. Ken is very active in his community and Church.
