Not only is Ken a realtor, he is a trained psychiatrist ( Always keeps you in check and walks you off the ledge when things are not going your way with the sale) a trained contractor ( Gets your house ready for inspection and sees things an inspector would notice and has you make the necessary repairs and adjustments needed to make the house inspection as smooth as possible) and a true gentleman , very personable and someone who always stays in touch with you through the process and who really cares about his client. Ken was fantastic! He went into detail on how to get the house ready for sale. We Took his recommendations and spent every weekend for 4 months getting the house ready. My mom lived in the house for 50 years, so we knew there was much to do. Our first and only open house 100 people showed up! On Monday we had our first offer, on Tuesday we had 3 more offers. On Thursday the house was sold and we got 27k over asking! We couldn’t be any happier. Ken was there every step of the way and was always only a text or phone call away.
