Ken was fantastic! He went into detail on how to get the house ready for sale. We Took his recommendations and spent every weekend for 4 months getting the house ready. My mom lived in the house for 50 years, so we knew there was much to do. Our first and only open house 100 people showed up! On Monday we had our first offer, on Tuesday we had 3 more offers.
